Jay and Cian are the team behind CookHub, a meal-prep business that’s been making waves by bringing fresh, high-protein, nutritious meals straight to people’s doors.
Today isn’t just about what’s on the menu. We’re going to find out where the idea for CookHub came from, what it takes to build a food business from the ground up, the highs, the challenges, the risks, the craic, and what it’s really like trying to turn an idea into a successful business.
